These terms govern your use of closingscale.com and the services provided by Closing Scale, operated by Hasham Akram (“Closing Scale”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or our services, you agree to them.
Our services
Closing Scale sets up and manages lead response, follow-up and CRM automation for property managers and real estate professionals. The exact scope, price and timeline for each client are set out in a proposal, order or written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
Billing and cancellation
- Services are billed monthly in advance unless your agreement says otherwise.
- Plans are month-to-month. You can cancel with written notice before your next billing date. Fees already paid are not refunded.
- Setup fees, if any, are non-refundable once work has started.
- We may pause services if a payment is overdue.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information and the access we need to your accounts and lead sources.
- Make sure you have the right to contact your leads, including any consent required for calls, texts and emails under laws such as the TCPA, CAN-SPAM and state rules.
- Follow fair housing and other laws that apply to your business. You decide the screening criteria we use, and you remain responsible for them.
- Review the messages and automations we set up and tell us about any changes you need.
Third-party platforms
Our services run on third-party tools such as HighLevel, listing sites, calendars and messaging carriers. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes or fees. Your use of those tools is also subject to their terms.
Results
We work to improve your response times and conversions, but we do not guarantee any specific number of leads, showings, leases, closings or revenue. Any results shown on our site are examples, not promises.
Intellectual property
Content on closingscale.com belongs to Closing Scale. Workflows and templates we build for you may be used by you while you are a client. Our general methods, templates and know-how remain ours.
Confidentiality
Each of us will keep the other’s non-public business information confidential and use it only to deliver or receive the services. How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy policy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Closing Scale is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Website use
Do not misuse the site, try to gain unauthorized access, or use it for anything unlawful. The site is provided as is, without warranties.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
