This policy explains what personal information Closing Scale collects, how we use it and the choices you have. Closing Scale is operated by Hasham Akram (“Closing Scale”, “we”, “us”).
Who this policy covers
It covers visitors to closingscale.com, people who book a demo or contact us, and our clients. When we run lead automation for a client, we process their leads on the client’s behalf, and the client’s own privacy policy also applies to those leads.
What information do we collect?
- Information you give us: name, email, phone number, company, number of doors or listings, and anything you write in a form, message or booking.
- Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site and cookie data.
- Client lead data: when we provide our service, we handle inquiry details from our clients’ lead sources, such as names, contact details, move-in dates, budgets and messages.
How do we use it?
- To reply to you, schedule demos and provide our services
- To send service updates and, with your consent, marketing messages
- To operate, secure and improve our website and services
- To meet legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send messages about your inquiry, appointments and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver the messages for us.
Who do we share it with?
We share information only with service providers that help us run Closing Scale, such as our CRM and messaging platform (HighLevel), email (Google Workspace), website hosting (Hostinger) and scheduling tools. They may use it only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies to remember preferences, keep the site working and understand how visitors use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work without them.
How long do we keep it?
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it. Client lead data is kept for the length of our agreement with the client unless they ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or opt out of marketing, by emailing growth@closingscale.com. Depending on where you live, such as California, you may have additional rights under local law. We will not treat you differently for using them.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
